Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Larmila are processed, shipped, and delivered. We aim to provide clear, reliable, and transparent delivery information.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

Order Processing
Once you place an order, it goes through the following steps:

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase.
  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared for shipment (verification, picking, packing, and quality checks) within 1 to 3 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 15:00 GMT are processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Transit Time: Approximately 4 to 6 days (Monday to Friday).

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 5 to 9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Dispatch and Tracking
All orders include shipment tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package until delivery.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@larmila.com.

  • Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.
  • Once shipping has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you can request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at support@larmila.com and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and its packaging

After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution, which includes a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with our policies and your consumer rights.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Public holidays or peak shopping periods
  • Severe weather conditions or natural events
  • Unexpected courier or logistical disruptions

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days.

  • If the package is still delayed after this period, contact our support team at support@larmila.com, and we will investigate and assist you.
