Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at support@larmila.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which includes:

- A full refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout within 7 days of approval.
- Please note that refund processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions will be provided once your return request is approved. In cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For other approved returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fees for returns are charged.
Exchanges
