If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at support@larmila.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and its packaging
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@larmila.com.
- Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.
- Once shipping has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled.
- If your order has already been shipped, you can request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
For approved returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

- The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must meet the following conditions:

- Complete: All original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included and undamaged.
- No Alterations: Any item that has been worn, damaged, altered, washed, or customised is not eligible.
- Beyond Initial Inspection: Items showing signs of use beyond basic inspection are non-returnable.
No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout within 7 days of approval.
